Hundreds of couriers, one front door.

A ghost kitchen never seats a guest, but its entrance works harder than most restaurant doors. Couriers pull up all evening, double-park along the curb, wait outside with insulated bags and walk the same few feet of concrete again and again. Drink spills, food drips, gum and tire marks build up fast, and the walk to the pickup counter starts to look like an alley.

Behind the building, several brands share grease containers, trash enclosures and a delivery door. Raincrest washes both sides of a delivery-only kitchen so couriers, staff and the property owner see a site that is looked after.

Delivery-only kitchens in our area.

Multi-brand delivery kitchens operate across the Bay Area and Sacramento, each with many brands behind one courier door.

Smaller operators run delivery-only menus out of rented commissary space or converted retail units, with the same courier traffic in a tighter footprint. We size the plan to the building and the order volume.

Courier entries, curbs and pickup lanes.

The pickup entry gets the closest attention. We wash the walk, the curb face, the waiting area and the base of the wall where couriers lean, then work the door frame and the threshold. Gum by the door is worked off spot by spot, so the concrete does not show black dots.

Pickup lanes and short-term parking along the building get oil drips and scuffs from cars and scooters that idle while orders are bagged. Those stalls and lanes are washed with a surface cleaner, and heavy spots get extra passes. Lots are covered in more detail on our parking lot washing page.

Grease pads, enclosures and the delivery dock.

With many brands frying and grilling under one roof, the grease bin area stains quickly. We pretreat with degreaser, then wash and repeat over the darkest areas until the pad looks even. The wall and ground below the kitchen vents get the same treatment.

Trash enclosures at a multi-brand kitchen take a heavy load of packaging and food waste. The pad, walls, gates and hauler approach are washed every visit. Supply deliveries arrive at a back door or dock, and the apron and door frame there are washed with the rest. See dumpster pad cleaning for how enclosures are handled.

Overnight work around the order calendar.

Most delivery kitchens run late and start prepping again before lunch, so the wash happens in the quietest hours. We wash the courier side first, while the street is empty, then move to the back of the building. One door always stays open for staff, and drain inlets near the work are covered before washing begins.

Keep the courier entry on a weekly or biweekly schedule at high-volume sites, and the grease and trash areas on a monthly one. Sites with slower nights can space visits further apart, and the restaurant exterior checklist works just as well for a courier entrance.

A partner for multi-site operators.

Operators and landlords with kitchens in several cities can keep one schedule, one contact and one written quote for every location. Every crew member is background-checked, a supervisor inspects each finished site, and the operator receives a certificate of insurance.

Kitchens that rent stations to caterers, bakers and food trucks rather than delivery brands are covered on our shared kitchen pressure washing page.

How pricing is set.

Pricing reflects the length of the courier frontage, the size of the lot, the number of grease pads, enclosures and dock doors, how heavy the staining is and the hours available. A walkthrough turns those details into a written quote and a schedule.

Washing the full facade, from parapet to sidewalk, is quoted through building exterior washing when the wall needs more than a reach from the ground.

A few useful answers

Common questions.

Can you wash the courier entrance without closing pickup?

Yes. We wash it in the quietest overnight hours and keep a clear path to the door for any late order.

How often should a ghost kitchen's pickup area be washed?

Busy sites choose weekly or biweekly visits for the courier entry, with the grease and trash areas washed monthly.

Do you handle more than one delivery kitchen location?

Yes. Every location can go on one written quote.

Can you remove gum from the waiting area outside the door?

Yes. Each spot is worked off individually, then the waiting area is washed so the concrete by the entrance looks even.

Cleaner concrete and brighter entrances start with one call.
